APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR TO UNDERTAKE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 8KM 9 STRAND BARBED WIRE FENCE IN ZASTRON UNDER MOHOKARE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY WITHIN THE XHARIEP DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY IN THE FREE STATE.

A non-refundable bid deposit of R100.00 that is payable in Cash. ONLY PRINTED COPIES COLLECTED FROM THE DEPARTMENT WILL BE SOLD AT A NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNT OF 100.00.  

IT IS ESTIMATED THAT TENDERS MUST HAVE A CIDB CONTRACTOR GRADING OF 3SQ OR HIGHER

Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), Act no. 5 of 2000 and its associated Regulations of 2017. The 80/20 Preference Point system will be applied where a maximum of Eighty (80) tender adjudication points will be awarded for price and Twenty (20) points will be awarded for preference.
